Job Description: Account Director

The Account Director will oversee the management and growth of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and strategic direction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster strong relationships with clients and drive business results through effective team management and innovative solutions.


  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.

    • Analyse market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.

    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and strategic recommendations to clients.

    • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Manage budgets and financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability.

    • Resolve client issues and address concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges.

    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
